BEWARE After being retained I sent many emails with follow up info and no response. The Paralegal would call and leave a phone message once a week. No one ever told you about getting things in writing?! They were completely unprepared for my LTB Hearing and after reading other Google reviews I realize they work for Landlord's, NOT TENANTS.
