I had to give a start just to be able to post this. My Daughter gave me a #14512 for Fathers Day. She was so proud and it took every dime she had, and I love the watch. But dealing with this Company is impossible. To get a replacement band will cost more then the watch did, even if they could find one. I am having a band made, so my daughter will be happy. They need to spend more $ on product and service and less on info commercials. I see why this Company does not have a complaint department. I will copy this for face book!... read more
I have a Invicta watch and I had a Problem with it I got a extended warranty. I called to make sure it was under the warranty the Rep. said I had a 5 year warranty and there would be no charge for the repair. I just called to find out what was up with the Repair come to find out there's a charge of $44.00 to repair the watch. I only paid $85.00 for the watch. Doesn't make any sense to pay that much to repair it. This is a bait and switch by Invicta to make money off there repairs hope the state of Florida Levies a huge fine ... read more

This is terrible service for a watch that exceed $600.00. The 800# rings busy all day long. I ended up calling the non toll free and had to wait 20 minutes for nothing. They received my watch and have not honered the instructions provided on warrantee. Its been three days and im still waiting to receive an email confirmation. Finally and now had to wait another 15 min for the accounting dept. WOW!

I bought a pro dive 10303 I had got water in invicta will not email me or call me horrible company
Bought a Invicta Subaqua watch and went into a 5 ft pool for about an hour and there is water in the face of the watch. It is a diving watch and isn't waterproof!!!! They told me I had to mail it in with $28.00 for shipping back and I had to insure it also. And then they said that I would have to pay for the repairs!? It's defective.... why do I have to pay for a diving watch that you can't get WET!!!
I bought a watch for my father 82 and it broke. I sent it back its been 5 months no watch. just a run around. Customer service no good they don't back there company
