Too many uncaring low class people living here. MANY CHILDREN LITTERING TRASH AND SODA CANS AND GUM WRAPPERS. All the time there is TRASH and debris all over property. Management sucks and they don't want to spend money on fixing up the apartments therefore they stay run-down because most people are not going to go out of their way to spend money.
