Scam artist. Tried to charge $22k for a $45,000 loan. Run around city. The guy that takes your calls, Brian, is a yellow pages sales rep who will absolutely screw up your loan. Lost an investment property because he didn't take direction or could give me a yes or no. Ended up getting a loan a week later but property already under contract. Stay away from this guy.
