I’m not sure if it’s due to the transition from Investors to Citizens bank. But Investors bank is by far is one of the worst experiences I have gone through. On 01/08/2023 I attempted to purchase a cleaning service through AmniFY in the amount of $162.44. However it was declined and was told to try again or a different form of payment.
