Unsatisfied with the answers received about my question. And was given incorrect information.
We switched from TD to Investor. Investor bank is very family friendly, accommodating and always courteous. Going on our 2nd year and we don't regret a thing.
I'm a customer at this bank, with a checking account and mortgage, and they refused to allow my son to use the restroom. "I think Acme has a public restroom." Seriously? I think I will be sending my 4 year old's soiled shorts in lieu of mortgage payment next month.
I went in for change (quarters) and they told me I had to bank with them to get change.... What happened to banks these days I thought they helped with stuff like that....
Yesterday, February 16, I received a debit card in the mail. It was not requested by me. I closed my account on January 6, 2016. Please have someone tell the Honchos in Iselin that I closed my account or should I just notify the New Jersey Banking and Insurance.
