Poor customer service.
I went to the parsons blvd/jewel avenue branch because it was close to my place, I have been going to this branch for awhile and I wondered why I haven't seen the manager. 1 day I went and deposited a check when I realized that I needed check, I signed in to be helped when out of the blue someone asked me if I needed help, one of the ladies on the desk was asking me, told her what I needed, she looked like she just got up from her bed and then she stood up to get the checks for me Lo and behold she was wearing flip flops. This bank is the worst bank in America!!
CAPITAL ONE - aka - Horrific Bank! They purchased and closed greenpoint credit and after 4 months of forwarding all the paperwork they requested, we still are trying to get a release of lien. We have all the canceled checks, a letter stating the release of lien was attached as well as a paid stamp with greenpoint credit logo and still we can't get the lien release. you can watch it shortly as we are hiring shame on you to expose this in the media. I do service at capital one banks at the branches of the 5 boroughs The staff in all branches are polite and helpful
I use to enjoy this bank. Then they closed all of the Fredericksburg area banks which leave me only Mobil Banking for deposits only. I would have to drive a distance to withdraw any monies or do any other kind of banking. Mobil deposits weren't that bad when some money was released right away. Now all the funds are held and there is no record of the deposit til the next business day. The sad thing about all of this is that customer service can't help either. I will be leaving this bank ASAP.
