They should seriously reconsider their hires. A personal banker lady couldn’t perform her simple task inputting my personal info to open an account so the branch manager had to do it for her. She was just not motivational at all to work.

I went to branch for cashing my check, the black and fat girl couldn’t do it because of I don’t have account. I said I am ok with fee, then she excused the limit. She even didn’t know the limit of that. Then she made me wait to check on system then went to manager. She said no. What terrible service!!!
For those who don't know Investors Bank is owned by Citizens Bank on the website its stated that Citizens Bank will absorb Investors and all Investor Bank accounts will transfer to Citizens Bank in early 2023. So those who have accounts like me stick around until the change. You soon will become members of Citizens aka HSBC.
Really poor customer service. Should have never opened an account with this bank. I closed the account after six months. I would give the bank negative five billion stars if I could.
