We put in a maintenance request in the morning and Brian was here within a couple of hours. He was very efficient and pleasant to work with and quickly resolved our issue.
We are very happy with our experience with IA! They are an excellent property management company, so responsive, and thoughtful! We have complete access to shared spaces in our business park managed by IA, even if they are not in our building, which makes it a breeze to book rooms for meetings, and of course, happy hours! During the summer, IA brings in Food Trucks, hosts social events, and goes above and beyond to make sure each tenant is looked after. Love the office space! It's very clean, and management is incredibly responsive and diligent!
I rent office space from IA. This company is a wonderful landlord: It takes care of maintenance issues very promptly; keeps the building and grounds looking nice; and provides extra benefits for tenants like an occasional cookout, ice cream day, movie night, or free paper shredding day. The employees are very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend renting from IA.
