I've utilized ILS for over 10 years and they provide quality service that is indisputable (very important to note). I have worked on many cases with attorneys who've successfully discredited service process jobs from other so-called professional companies due to a server's laziness or willful ignorance. If you want to ensure the job is done right the first time, go with ILS, Inc. You don't stay in business for nearly 30 years in the same central location, unless you're really good at what you do, and they are good!!

9 Months to do a skip trace? After finally delivering, Never offered an apology for the truancy, must less a refund. Had to follow-up with him every 2 weeks until delivery. PS This was the 2nd time I hired him for the exact type of job. Will Never try for a 3rd time.

I hired this company to expeditiously serve a summons and complaint. Their definition of expedited equaled more than 4 days and then I waited another 4 days for the Affidavit of Service. REALLY? Who does that? Very disappointed! Just starting a new business which will require a process server, often. Unfortunately, it won't be these folks. :-(
