I lost my job due to an injury so I didn’t have any direct deposits coming in so they closed my account down because it was negative $5. This company is horrible. They never answer the phone when you need them. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone.
If I could zero would had..refinance auto through them when trading in vehicle myself and dealership had a problem with them for payout…I traded my vehicle one day when due not grace period but 1 day when due….i had to pay a full payment for a vehicle I traded in before they would talk to dealership about about trade in payout…The people are unprofessional…speaking to them was like talking to a person whom never had a job in any form where communication was needed Please be advised this was over 5 years ago..can only hope th... read more
We paid off our auto loan with them approximately 7 weeks ago - they have just now released the Title to the DMV where it may take another 6-8 weeks to have our title to the car. When I pressed them on why it took so long for them to release the title - they said they were backed up!!!! - seriously 6-8 weeks backed up. I feel like I am living in neverland with these people. When I went in to pay off the loan - they were rude, when I call, they are 'well - we are backed up'. AAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely infuriating... read more
