This location has gone down bad, the people who are in the drive up windows are RUDE and don’t know what they are doing. Not putting money in the correct place!! This is so wrong. Collections called me about ONE missed payment that WAS paid on my credit card but after I told them I did indeed pay cash and I remember exactly because the teller was RUDE when I asked for a pen to fill the deposit slip she had the nerve to say “I don’t have a pen let me see if I can find one” like what???
