I have been banking at the location in Zachary for 10 years. I have to admit I was nervous about the merger but the staff at the Zachary branch made the transition amazing. The entire staff has always been and remains amazing! Always willing to help and has never made me feel anything less than special. That branch has a costumer for life and always recommends them to everyone!
I love the folks at the Zachary Branch. They have always gone out of their way for me and my family to ensure I understand everything and make sure it's done right. The staff is the best, they always have a smile and something nice to say when I go inside. Local bank, local staff, and they treat their customers like family. Highly recommended.
Only have ever used the ATM for friends of mine who bank there or been with them while they used it. Never seen it out of order, unlike a financial institution just a few properties East of there CONSTANTLY is. That institution shall remain nameless but I will say it begins with an E and ends with a U. Only issue I will say is wrong with this bank is when traveling West down Church Street the bank is on the opposite side of the road and there is only one way to get there and it's by turning around at the light a little ways ... read more
