Investar Bank in Jackson, La. has changed dramatically! It was once a bustling, busy place! I realize things changed from being the local owned bank to now just a branch bank. Most of the time when I go in, I hardly see anyone in the lobby. I must add Shandreka has always been very helpful to me along with Corbin Barnes & Mrs. Gaines. The service the bank provides is excellent, their extended hours are great. I have been told more customers bank online etc. which is probably true.
