Customer service from management needs to be addressed, we get better customer service from the gas station
Definitely one of my favorite local banks. The staff is friendly and always willing to have conversations, and the service is quick when you're in a rush as well.
I'm homeless and in the area but not from here, I'm from 1000 miles east and the lady on the phone was really rude and basically told me that they don't want my money because I don't have a bill in my name as she didn't understand what homeless meant.
