I work in treasury and work with hundreds of banks across the nation. This bank is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Refuses to send bank statements, refuses to respond to customer service inquiries... I have requested statements (which they fail to mail) for 5 months and they ignore me. When I try to call customer service the phone system goes to a dead end and drops the call (for months I have tried). We finally moved to a new bank since the customer service is so horrific. WOULD not recommend.
