Good experience show growth for past 10 years.
I had a humiliatimg experience when I arrived for a consultation. I was talked down to and treated poorly , I'm guessing because I don't have much to invest. It was huge step for me to go to an investment firm and I walked out feeling terrible. Worst customer service ever.
