I am a 63-year-old, female, do it yourself or who is intimidated by electronics. With Jordan‘s help from inverter sales, I was able to install my 400 W/200 amp hour lithium/Victron energy power system. I recommend you buy all your components through Inverter sales, because their customer service support is unheard of in today’s society.Jordan responded to every question I had and the dozen or so emails. I couldn’t have done it without him that’s for sure. These guys have been top notch all the way!
Professional and ethical. My motorhome inverter/charger stopped working. Called several places and couldn't get an appt to even diagnosis the problem. You were willing to fit me in, in 2 days because I had to travel 700 miles to you. After Randy talked to us a little more he helped us fix it by phone! It worked. We got a new inverter/charger on 6/10. Stopped at ISC to get the old one checked out and a quick once over on the new one. Jordan gave a thumbs-up and we were on our way. About 2 weeks later the inverter/charger stopped charging the chassis batteries. I called Jordan and we went through the program and could't find the problem. I said we would be coming back through and could stop in a few days. When we pulled in, PJ met us in the lot. He and Randy eventually found the problem and replaced the part, under warranty. Inverter service center was unbelievable. To find the staff that they have these days is what you dream about. Truly will recommend these people again if we ever have a problem with our Xantrex Freedom 2012 inverter. Definitely give them a Thumbs Up !!!!!�
Thanks a Lot. Stuck in Alaska with a Magnum Energy inverter problem and these guys spent time helping me diagnose and solve the problem over the phone, after Magnum Energy couldn't quite find a way to do the same. Call these people first! Excellent and Thanks
These guys are Awesome! I was there at 8 am expecting to be there at least 1/2 day. I was out at 9:30 and way less $ than I expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable in their work!!
