Gina (physio) is exceptionally knowledgeable and very effective. She knows how to immediately relieve in the short-term while helping plan and treat for long-term successful outcomes. Exceptionally equipped to handle spinal related injuries, post-fusion, and treatment. 10/10 recommend.

Julie B (Physio) has been instrumental in helping my recover from my injury and get me back to doing what I love. In addition to assessment, she has provided me with a set of exercises (& detailed instructions!), dry needling, ultrasound, electro therapy, lightweight massage for the muscles, and referrals for RMT. Highly recommended!
