Always has great customer service and are extremely responsive.
I was very satisfied with my basic information package but THEY GOT MY NAME WRONG! sales people where very responsive and got back to me in a timely manner to address the problem but that is alarming when you are considering continuing business with them. What if i applied for a patient with them? I could have lost my idea cause of lack of attention to detail. (maybe due to them being corporate?) none the less besides the name they where true to their word and provided a great resource to peruse my idea further. Thanks inven... read more
