They don't answer emails even though they don't bounce & list this as an option in their one way email. They expect all business to be done over the phone I guess so don't service many deaf or non speaking people.. And I'm in a suburb of Detroit about 3 miles from the border yet they've assigned me to their Kalamazoo office about a3 hours drive from me. And if it's going to cost me anything best to let people know up front since I don't have any money to spend on this. Maybe they're just really stupid.
Beware. The good reviews here are fake. Google the company's name and lawsuits and the Better Business Bureau. They have tons of complaints from customers they ripped off. And they're in a ton of lawsuits. They will call & text you to death if you inquire about their services. A successful company does not do this. Of course, they manage to delete the bad reviews. I wouldn't give this place any money.
