They used to be on the top, but in recent years their quality has been slipping. Also, their employees regularly trespass on other companies property in order to smoke, because Invacare doesn't have a smoking area of their own.
I ordered a Carroll cs7 bed with rails for my severely handicapped son, who his also epileptic, from cascade medical, unbeknow to me the rail does not move up with the bed. I requested an exchange fo another bed the g series and was informed by invacare customer service rep and cascade rep that I needed to pay a 25 percent restocking fee and have the original boxes the items came in .
