Shan is a natural healer. She intuitively hones in on problem areas – working deeply into those tight sore muscles whilst being mindful of any skeletal and injury sites. As an “older person” who suffers multiple chronic issues, I am very wary of therapists and their claims. However; what I love about Shan are her post massage recommendations.
