Amy is excellent. Highly recommend her for aches and pains or even more complex issues. Her knowledge is A1 and she can do everything from a decent deep tissue massage to light and gentle.
Amy has been my myotherapist for 5 years now from a severe leg injury. She is extremely talented and skilled, and she clearly knows how to address any problem that you may have. Amy is also very informative on what is going on in the body to cause the pain and gives instructions on how to maintain muscle health between sessions. I would highly recommend her to help with any pain, discomfort or just to keep your body in-check.
So much pain, but Amy laughs at my softness and when she is finished I always am better than I walked in.
