I can’t recommend Amanda’s Pilates classes enough. Her knowledge and ability to adapt exercises is fantastic especially on days when my body is not cooperating! I find a Pemf session afterwards helps ease the discomfort I have with a chronic back problem and leaves me feeling a lot more comfortable. Thank you Amanda.

Love all the services Amanda offers. I do a shared reformer pilates class every week which is amazing for me after working in hospo for 25 years. The red light therapy was a game changer for lack of energy during perimenopause. Have used PMF for an injury and even hypnotherapy!
