Rachel is a superb massage therapist. I went for a massage mostly for back pain and have felt so much relief since. She communicated well while also being really intuitive with her touch so it ended up being both relaxing and really beneficial. I already can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!

Went in for the Fascial stretch, I had been going to stretch zone last year and wanted to support a small business instead. I was surprised that the stretch Rachel did was far better than any I had gotten at stretch zone. The stretch room had a nice vibe with low lighting and a cool ceiling tapestry. It was like getting stretched under the stars. I’d recommend this place over any other low grade stretch place. There was a chill dog sleeping in the waiting room too.

I went to Arvada Massage and Stretch from a coupon I got from another business, and let me tell you it was the best massage I’ve gotten! Rachel really listened and focused on the areas I thought needed most work. It was a very calm and relaxing experience and I feel like a new human walking out of the clinic. Highly recommend.
