I went to Arvada Massage and Stretch from a coupon I got from another business, and let me tell you it was the best massage I’ve gotten! Rachel really listened and focused on the areas I thought needed most work. It was a very calm and relaxing experience and I feel like a new human walking out of the clinic. Highly recommend.

Clean space- reception room and therapy rooms. Rachel was ready upon my arrival, she was thoughtful and listened well, she was not in a hurry or trying to move things along too quickly. She is a strong therapist, professional, and soothing. She helped me and she can most definitely help you.
Rachel was amazing! She was very attentive and worked around my injuries very effectively. My sciatica keeps me awake nearly every night but after my massage I woke up the following day rested and feeling loose. Thank you Rachel!!!
