My wife had a terrible experience with one of there OT. She submitted her ADL assessment to ICBC without actually conducting any assessment. I strongly recommend being cautious if you have an ICBC case and insist on seeing a copy of the ADL assessment. Her negligence or possibly even intentional misreporting resulted in me losing my benefits. It feels like she prioritized making ICBC happy over providing accurate and honest care. I had a great experience seeing Michelle for Pelvic Floor Physio after having my first baby. She was extremely helpful and I have a plan to work on healing.
Have seen both Brad and Mercedes for treatment both were excellent and professional. Would recommend Intuitive and their team to anyone seeking RMT or Chiro
