The best massage and physio place I have been too. They got me from struggling to walk back to doing everything I love!
I was able to find a last minute massage at the Garrison location due to a cancelation. I called in and the receptionist Taylor was so pleasant to deal with over the phone and later in person. RMT Haley was great as well, very thorough and the pressure was perfect. The massage room was nicely decorated with a chandelier and electric fireplace. It was a nice last minute find.

My massage was exactly what I needed, Justin focused on the problem areas discussed and was great at communicating with me about the right amount of pressure for my body and what to expect during and after. I will absolutely be back :)
