Ray brings a great combination of knowledge, insight, and a warm presence to each session. This isn’t magic and it’s a process that requires work on everyone’s part, but it’s built on the very real insight that so much of what we do and how we interact with others stems from the subconscious level. Speaking to that part of ourselves is a rare and powerful gift. Ray does his homework. He carefully prepares for each session. I’ve been helped tremendously by my sessions with him.

I had my first session with Ray a week ago for anxiety. I was a little skeptical at first but I am already noticing an awareness of my triggers and am able to start de-escalating earlier than usual. I’m excited to continue our sessions so I can further my growth. The whole experience was pleasant and calming. If you’ve ever been on the fence about hypnotherapy definitely give Ray a try.
