I had my first session with Ray a week ago for anxiety. I was a little skeptical at first but I am already noticing an awareness of my triggers and am able to start de-escalating earlier than usual. I’m excited to continue our sessions so I can further my growth. The whole experience was pleasant and calming. If you’ve ever been on the fence about hypnotherapy definitely give Ray a try. I did a hypnosis session and was really impressed. It was the first hypnosis session I’d ever done and I felt very relaxed and almost in a trance-like state. I have bipolar disorder and have struggled with depression my whole life. I felt like it helped reinforce some of the things I’ve been working on in therapy, like letting go of shame and guilt that I feel. Thank you so much for the session and I’d love to continue exploring in the future!
