Worst experience. Let me begin by saying I worked as a massage therapist for many happy years. I love the work and value people who choose to give this amazing gift to the world. That said; tonight I did not get a massage because of how incredibly difficult it was to communicate to anyone or get inside the building, or understand where the therapist was after 25 minutes waiting outside.
