I have just completed the 8 week challenge and I couldn’t recommend IBL with Greg and Andrea more highly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I joined IBL with the intention of loosing weight and feeling good about myself. I had done group fitness classes with other gyms in the past to try and achieve my goals but nothing “stuck” and it wasn’t long till I stopped attending them.
