Andrea and Greg provide great personalised practical advice, and support, to help achieve your goals. There is a friendly community vibe amongst other members which adds to the positive and fun environment while working hard! Hot yoga is amazing. Highly recommend Intuitive Body Lab.
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Intuitive Body Lab. The environment is welcoming and motivating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The 8 week program provided the right balance of support and accountability. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive and structured fitness journey.
I’ve just completed the 8-week Level Up program at Intuitive Body Lab and I highly recommend it. Greg and Andrea are incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the gym community is so friendly and easy to work alongside. Can't believe I'm a "gym person" now. ... When I first read "semi private" training, I thought "small group". But it's actually more like "doing my own individually-designed program amongst a handful of other people doing THEIR own individual programs". And it's all monitored and tailored to your needs. This style of training suits me best. As I’m coming back after quite a time off - I can choose the intensity I put into it and weights to suit me on the day. That endorphin rush after a good session is v motivating and Im switched on and full of energy in the garden now a few hours later. I ate breakfast after the session - chobani yoghurt and blueberries - protein focused - and that was perfect - so I was training from stored energy . It will be interesting to see how that shows up on the body scan in a week or two.
