Joseph & Olga are warm, welcoming and very attuned and supportive people. I always feel so at ease in their presence and they both offer very unique qualities towards inviting and supporting a creative exploration of myself and how I view the world around me. They are patient, encouraging & light hearted as well as just being very genuine people. I am grateful for the time I get to spend with them. It is aways deeply nourishing and revealing.
Intuitive Art Therapy has facilitated high quality sessions in my workplace for the past 3 years. Joseph is highly flexible in the way he works with participants and always creates a safe, welcoming and peaceful environment for a wide range of clients, needs and circumstances. Joseph is an accomplished artist, skilled therapist and a wonderfully warm and professional individual.
I've had 3 sessions with Joseph over that past 3 weeks and so far its been a deeply insightful and theraputic experience that i plan to continue with. I was a bit wary that anything to do with art might be a bit over my head or unrelatable, but Joe is such a easy going down to earth guy that he makes the sessions both enjoyable and accesible for everyone.
If you are wondering whether you should try Intuitive Art Therapy, the short answer is hands down YES! Give it a go, the group sessions are a great place to start.
