QuickBooks claims that Projects is included in the Plus plan, but it’s a total lie. The feature doesn’t work — no real reports, no proper income or expense tracking, nothing useful. It’s just a trick to push you into the Advanced plan. Very misleading and a waste of money.
Worst company to work with, don’t pay when you sold your goods or services
This company is not an elderly friend. My father is 81 years old, suffered a stroke and recovered, but struggles with daily tasks. When a program is not working, call all the 1-800 numbers and they all don't have any help, and call back during working hours. My father is slower and struggles with some tasks, but not with taxes.
