DO NOT USE QUICKBOOKS PAYROLL!!!!!!! Like others have posted here, Intuit Quickbooks via Paycycle or Quickbooks Payroll "Collections" held our company hostage for a month due to a glitch on their end where they failed to pull a few hundred dollars from our account when our bank flagged their attempt as a potential fraudulent charge that we needed to approve. QuickBooks claims that Projects is included in the Plus plan, but it’s a total lie. The feature doesn’t work — no real reports, no proper income or expense tracking, nothing useful. It’s just a trick to push you into the Advanced plan. Very misleading and a waste of money.
