In December 2023, my debit card got hacked. I went in to the bank right away. Tristan helped me out. He is extremely, extremely competent, qualified, and capable. I went over to talk to Trish and he had me ready to go before I was done taking to her. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. My card was erroneously declined for a mechanic bill that I needed to pay. I called customer service, only to be on hold for over 20 minutes and NEVER got to speak with a rep to fix the issue. What a JOKE. 🤬
