10+ year checking account closed without any notification! No way to open it back up and expensive checks completely wasted!
Super disappointed with my experience yesterday. Preciously the manager had provided explicit info on post-dated checks. Yesterday I went to use that info and the teller could only huff and puff about having to inquire for me. Even then the manager never came out to talk with me directly nor was the teller understanding about the situation. A simple “we’re sorry that’s the info given” or “we’ll make sure people aren’t being told that” or ownership over the mistake made by them would’ve made all the difference.
