The customer service is friendly at the counter, but the banker at the Derby branch was terrible. I went in with a Power of Attorney to change my Mother's account from being in her name into the name or her trust. They told me the banker was out to lunch, and to come back in an hour and a half. I did. I waited about 15 minutes for my turn, then worked with the banker for 45-50 minutes until closing time.
