Used their ATM and it took almost $300 and gave me nothing. Took the money out of my bank. Now waiting for my bank to dispute. ATM service was even less helpful than the tellers
About a year ago we switched all of our business and personal accounts over to Intrust, and we have been very happy. Great personal service - it's nice to be recognized when you walk in or drive up. Compared to our old bank, Intrust has longer hours, friendlier staff and is easier to get questions answered.
10+ year checking account closed without any notification! No way to open it back up and expensive checks completely wasted!
Great experience and friendly staff. I do not bank here just cashing a check all went well and left with a smile.
