Mikelle Kap is seriously amazing. My original lender was struggling with some complexity of my loan and couldn’t get my it closed, so I subbed in Mikelle with only a few weeks left before closing - and she stepped in and made it happen! She really went to bat for me and worked fast without missing any details. What started out as super stressful turned into her saying "yeah we got this, don't worry", and she did.
