We work with local miners to meticulously handpick each piece of rock before we send them to our own cutting facility. Each rock is then hand cut and polished by our most skillful artists, ensuring that the products we offer are second-to-none. Our bead store in Cedar Park, TX is open to the public. I received my order Order #45274 placed on May 28, 2024 and I am a little perplexed. I bought 4 different strands of AAA quality. Out of 4 different strands that are supposed to be AAA quality,only 2 strands can be considered AAA in fact. AAA Natural Amethyst Faceted 6 mm strand looks defective, badly cut and contains a lot of opaque beads with inclusions and absolutely not AAA.
