Christina is the best Pilates instructor and physical therapist I've ever had. I have a herniated disc and used to experience sudden low back pain every month. However, I haven't had any big pain since I started attending her sessions. She is knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I'm so grateful to have her as my instructor.

Christina is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how it should move. The workouts and PT exercises are varied and engaging. I have been to private pilates before and studios before only to end up with injuries. I feel very safe in Christina’s studio because of her education in physical therapy, her experience in PT and pilates, and because she is attuned to her clients’ needs and goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their physical health regardless of where you are on that journey.

My 15 y/o daughter has been coming to Christina for about 5 months, and absolutely loves it! She rides horses competitively and says it has really made a difference in her riding. She looks forward to it every time, and it has made her so strong physically and mentally on and off the horse. I recommend Christina for anyone wanting to become stronger. My daughter had ACL repair surgery 9 months before seeing Christina. She is a perfect partner for recovery and improvement in a sport or fitness.
