Applied the amount of pressure I asked for and even used some techniques I’ve never experienced before, leaving my upper back and neck feeling well taken care of. I tend to do more quiet sessions and the bits of check ins and lightly getting to know me and my circumstances was the perfect amount of chatter to better understand me and my body.
