I had a wonderful massage by Mary. She did some great work to alleviate the tightness in my back. I didn't anticipate the added benefit of her energy work. I left feeling balanced and energized. I highly recommend Mary and loved the atmosphere at Intrinsic Wellness Studio.
Mary is amazing. I’ve had several sessions with her and she is knowledgeable, professional and incredibly talented. She’s a joy to be around, and her craniosacral and deep tissue skills have truly made a difference for me. The new location is great, too - convenient, quiet and calming. So happy to have such a wonderful resource close by!
