I have been a client of Wendy Cahill of Yoga symmetry for many years. I originally met her at Stretch lab years ago and have followed her ever since. Wendy is a master at what she does and her knowledge of the human body and how to naturally heal it is remarkable. Mary gave me the most amazing therapeutic massage! I’ve been dealing with a lot of lower back pain, and after our session I instantly felt such relief.
