The Sound Bowl Emerson class with Brittany and Danielle was excellent! A peaceful and relaxing experience, thoughtfully guided and engaging. I left feeling grounded and energized. You can tell they truly care about creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Highly recommend Instrinsic Wellness Studio to anyone looking for a moment of stillness and healing.
I was fortunate to participate in the inaugural class at Intrinsic Wellness Studio. I took the Dynamic Pilates Fusion class with Kat, and then I joined the Pilates Flow class today with Val. Both instructors were friendly and energetic, offering corrections where needed. I got a lot out of both classes feeling energized and I can’t wait to do more. The space itself is warm and inviting. With the variety of classes offered for all ages and fitness levels I highly recommend Intrinsic Wellness Studio!
What an amazing place, with such diverse wellness offerings. I’ve been a client of Intrinsic since they opened. Trainer-assisted stretching with Wendy has helped me prep for, and rehab from, hip replacement surgery. Now, with their larger yoga studio and expanded yoga classes, my body is moving better than I have in years, and without pain. Thank you Intrinic team!
I had a wonderful massage by Mary. She did some great work to alleviate the tightness in my back. I didn't anticipate the added benefit of her energy work. I left feeling balanced and energized. I highly recommend Mary and loved the atmosphere at Intrinsic Wellness Studio.
