Genuinely the kindest, calming most wonderful business I've been to! I love a deep massage and I've never had someone be able to get into all my knots and release/melt tension away! Seriously cannot recommend enough. Anything i say has been listened to and acting on in the session, I always leave feeling lighter and happier.
Lucy is just the kindest, most thoughtful, professional, attuned therapist. She listens to what you need and manages to address it, in addition to any other glitches she finds along the way. If you are looking for a safe space and someone you can trust to provide gentle but thorough care, Intrinsic Balance is it.
For my work I regularly travel and this can include many long flights. A visit Lucy is a primary part of my return-to-normal, self spoiling plan and I schedule an appointment, often months in advance, once my travel schedule is known, so that I don’t miss out. I continue to tell her she has magic powers because after 90 minutes on her massage table I feel amazing.
