If you are looking for a safe space and someone you can trust to provide gentle but thorough care, Intrinsic Balance is it.
For my work I regularly travel and this can include many long flights. A visit Lucy is a primary part of my return-to-normal, self spoiling plan and I schedule an appointment, often months in advance, once my travel schedule is known, so that I don’t miss out. I continue to tell her she has magic powers because after 90 minutes on her massage table I feel amazing.
Lucy has magic hands and the most calming presence, all within such a welcoming space. I’ve had three massages with her now, and I already know I’ll be a client for life. She truly understands and cares for your body, using a range of techniques to tailor each session. I’ve never felt so relaxed walking out.
