I opened a trust was able to resolve issues made the 750 payment talked to the paralegal once and at this point all i have to say is the communication is horrible if payment needs updated noone calls you or anything to let you know whats going on this has been dragged out for months and i feel like i wasted time and money I should have just ripped the bandaid off and got an attorney instead of wasting money for nothing. The team was unresponsive and failed to follow up on multiple emails, creating unnecessary delays and confusion. I was asked four separate times to sign a document I had already signed and submitted.
