On May 20 intoxalock took my full payment for services, leaving a balance of -0- . then ran another payment without my permission for 57.00 . I have called 5 times today to get a refund. I have spoken to Kevin and Joesph both could not help me , they keep transferring me back in the wheel of holding this makes the sixth time. I still have not been helped as of yet. I did not authorize 2 payments. That is against the law. Do not use intoxalock at all.
