Terrible customer service. We returned a device the first day and they would not stop billing. Collections department is 45 minute wait and no real customer service e department. Not acceptable business practices.
Wish they would prorate the cost at the end and give a refund.
The representative was informative but the shop that was recommended chipped my window. The guy that was working there said they didn’t do it but then I received a phone call from a manager that after reviewing the footage they did come to the conclusion it was their fault. Still waiting if they will actually be replacing my window. Going on a week and haven’t heard anything.
Only thing is that the agent didn’t close the the existing account for the car that was totaled.
