You said someone would reach out, no one has reached out, it has been more than 48 hours and I it seems as if you have limited my access to respond to your review post. I am wondering how the courts have appointed, promoted, or suggested your company and your horrible services to the public. Are they aware that you provide such horrible customer service?
Horrible customer service. On hold 40 minutes to an hour each time I call. Last two times I called I was told I was being transferred to the correct department, only to be told I was transferred to the wrong department, only to be told they could not help me with my problem. Hit or miss on whether you receive a professional representative when they answer the line. Currently seeking a new service provider.
