Excellent customer service from Jack and Mike!
He was great except I can't even get my occupational license for a year and nobody told me so I put it in my car for no reason. What a waste of 450 dollars. I could of filled my pantry full of food for my family instead of wasted the money
I have been using this unit for over a year now. Recently the intoxalock unit acts sporadically after I have blown into the device and have been given a "passed" and "start the car" . After several tries to start the car, with no results, absolutely DEAD connection, it finally gives a msg: MV30-21. what does that mean. Also, I want you to know that I hook my battery up to a charger every night, in fact, any time I am not driving it. It is not my battery.
