I wasn't informed about the cost of installing this. I thought all I had to pay the day of installation was the $29.99 agreed to and paid over the phone. I didn't have enough money with me, and I was lucky that my friend was able to help me out. It's frustrating to be uninformed and unprepared. The technician was very nice and helpful about everything.
