I went to this place the guy was very disrespectful to my mom and me. Not only that but he told me it would take 2 hours to check the interlock device on my car that he installed. I was fustraded because I went to American Tire in Bardstown Kentucky the same day and it only taken 30 minutes this guy is reaping u off dont believe what he says. The guy we went to was at Jordan Tint in radcliff ky very poor business.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Haven’t had the device more than a week and I’m experiencing extreme malfunctions causing me to take an extra 40-60 min to start my car. I can’t understand the people who answer the phones “attempting” to help. I have to get a work order in order to have my device inspected and I’ve been waiting 2 days for one. The device is worse than terrible. Customer service can't speak English. My attorney advised me to have the device removed and go with another company.
