i have unfortunately had this device in my car for less than 1 month. I've already had TWO experiences where this unit has killed my battery and thus prevented me from going to work. This second incident let me to not only miss work, i missed drop off for my kids first day of school. Customer service is zero help, all they tell me is to charge the battery. Horrible experience so far start to finish - I am unable to activate my account and my MVC paperwork has been completed incorrectly and I am able to get my license. I wait 45 minutes to speak with someone only to then be hung up on
